What is the most effective way to prepare for a career in criminal justice? At Globe University/Minnesota School of Business, we take  a two-pronged approach.

Students in the two-year associate in criminal justice program at our college study social, political and legal sciences, developing an understanding of the theories underlying the main components of the criminal justice system:

Our criminal justice courses do not stop with theoretical studies, however, but emphasize practical problem solving. Minnesota firearm training

Police CarFirearms training, including four hours in the classroom and four hours at the firing range, is available to Globe University/Minnesota School of Business students at a reduced rate. Firearm training graduates are prepared to take the Minnesota Permit to Carry a Concealed Weapon test.

College credit for work experience and military training

We respect the varied talents our students bring to the classroom, and will carefully evaluate requests for college credit for work experience and military training.

The Associate in Criminal Justice degree program is offered at all GU/MSB college campuses, including locations in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul area: IDS Center, Blaine, Brooklyn Center, Woodbury, Plymouth, Richfield, and Shakopee), Rochester, Moorhead and St. Cloud, MN; Eau Claire, WI; and Sioux Falls, SD.

You can take classes day or evening and full or part-time. Need more flexibility? Consider our Criminal Justice Online program. You can complete all coursework without every visiting a campus.
