The Muscle Activation TechniquesTM Jumpstart program is approved by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) for CECs. Students learn that exercise can lead to dysfunction and that muscle tightness is secondary to muscle weakness. Muscle Activation TechniquesTM training teaches students how to identify and eliminate positional weakness that may lead to injury. As trainers, they will be able to prove that what they are doing is actually working. This is science-based, hands-on training — the type of training Globe University/Minnesota School of Business is known for.
