Our core curriculum emphasizes areas such as patient care services, immunology and physiology, and is enhanced by coursework in social sciences, natural sciences, humanities and communications. Classes simulate real-world clinical and laboratory settings and include industry-standard medical equipment.
We also offer clinical externship opportunities in outpatient family practices and other health care environments. On top of that, depending on your campus and the electives you choose, you can pursue certifications like Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) (AAMA) and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Limited Scope Operator Test. For qualified students, we even offer scholarships to defray the cost of exam fees.
