Success as a freelancer - what does it take?
A computer and the right training: It is no longer necessary for a freelancer to have access to a traditional production studio to produce professional-quality videos. With a desktop computer, production software such as Final Cut Pro, Photo Shop and Illustrator, and a camera, you can produce first class video, DVD and multimedia presentations. Our creative production degree programs provide training that will allow you to get maximum results from those tools.
Motivation: Are you a self-starter, ready to run the whole show? You will be a one-artist freelance creative production company. At Globe University/Minnesota School of Business, you will work with instructors who are themselves successful free-lance artists—you will have the mentoring and coaching you need to get off to a strong start.
Business skills: The most talented creative production artist will fail in a free-lance career without solid business skills.
