    We believe the best way for you to learn broadcast graphics, or any other creative production skill, is to develop creations from start to finish. Individual and group projects will provide you with material for a professional-quality demo disk—your real resume.

    Work with professionals

    Digital video and broadcast graphics classes are held in video production labs in Edina. Class sizes are small (averaging eight students) and instructors have professional experience in the industry.

    Prepare for industry certification exams

    You will have your own workstation, equipped with: Apple Pro software, including DVD Studio Pro, Final Cut and Motion; Avid; and Adobe After Effects. Your coursework will prepare you to take industry certification exams for those programs.

    Launch your career

    While you are a student, when you graduate, and throughout the course of your career as a broadcast graphics artist, you will have access to GU/MSB’s career services. Our graduates have excellent placement rates. As freelancers or working in companies of all sizes, they enjoy careers including the following:
