Military Benefits: Marines

Military student services staff at Globe University/Minnesota School of Business (GU/MSB) are always ready to answer questions, assist you with a Marines’ Education Benefits issue or help you select a college program. Below are instructions on how to get started.

Step 1 - Apply for admission into the program

Complete an online application or request an undergraduate or graduate application and mail to the address below. Please be sure to check and fill in the military veteran information under the Military Information portion of the application.

Step 2 - Request official military transcript for evaluation (undergraduate students only)

To request an official evaluation of your military training for college credit, please have your official transcripts sent directly to:

Official transcripts may be requested online: Marines: MCI

Official CLEP/DANTES test scores may also be sent in for evaluation.

Step 3 - Request official civilian transcripts

Request official transcripts from any college or university attended. Note: At least one course must be completed through GU/MSB before a student can receive an official transcript.

Step 4 – Contact military education office

Visit your base Education Office to determine eligibility for tuition assistance.

Step 5 – If applying for financial aid

Visit our financial aid page for assistance with your FAFSA.

Assisting Marines with educational benefits and other issues
