Military student services staff at Globe University/Minnesota School of Business (GU/MSB) are always ready to answer your questions, help you with an Army Education Benefits issue or help you select a college program. Active duty and activated Reservists/National Guard
Step 1: Set up GoArmyEd account
Step 2: Complete GoArmyEd common application

Select My Virtual Education Center located on the left navigation bar

Select Before You Enroll in a Course

Select Complete/Update Common Application
Please allow 4-6 business days for your application to be processed.
Please do not register for courses on GoArmyEd until you receive confirmation that your application has been processed.
Step 3: Complete GoArmyEd follow-up form

Step 4: Request official AARTS transcript for evaluation (undergraduate students only)
To request an official evaluation of your military training for college credit, please have your official transcripts sent directly to:

Army Reservists & National Guard
Step 1: Apply for admission into your academic program
Complete an online application or request an application and mail it in to the address below.
Please be sure to check and fill in the Status, Branch, and Current Military Installation under the Military Information portion of the application.
Step 2: Request official AARTS transcript for evaluation
(undergraduate students only)
To request an official evaluation of your military training for college credit, please have your official transcripts sent directly to:

Step 3: Request official civilian transcripts
Request official transcripts from any colleges or universities attended. At least one course must be completed through GU/MSB before GU/MSB will issue an official transcript.
Step 4: If applying for financial aid
Visit our financial aid page for help with the FAFSA form.
Step 5: Contact military education office
Visit your on-base Education Office to determine eligibility for TA.
Step 6: Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOCAD) agreement issued (undergraduate students only)
Once you are fully accepted into the program, a military degree completion plan (SOCAD agreement) will be created for you, which will indicate all transfer and military credit utilized in your degree and what remaining courses must be completed before degree may be conferred. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the SOC to be issued to you after you are fully accepted.
