Career Education for Adult Learners

The majority of students at our college are adult learners (sometimes referred to as "non-traditional students.") This amazing group of people enrich our classrooms with their diverse experiences. Many manage work and family responsibilities in addition to school. And all are focused on advancing their careers through education. If you are considering returning to school, Globe University/Minnesota School of Business may be the place for you.

Practical, career-focused training

As an adult student, you have specific career goals. We offer more than 50 programs and emphases. We will provide the skills you need to begin or advance a business, technology, legal, health, creative or medical career.

Flexibility, online college programs and accelerated schedules

You can fit college into your life and finish quickly. We offer flexibility—day and evening classes on campus and the ultimate, our 24/7 online college. Year-round scheduling means you can graduate in 18 months for a master's, 36 months for a bachelor's, or 18-24 months for an associate degree.

Credit for experience, on-the-job training and other learning

We respect the value of life experience, and grant college credit for course-equivalent work experience, military training, industry certifications, transfer credits from other colleges and other types of prior learning. If you are interested, please contact admissions and ask to be referred to the dean of students at the campus most convenient for you.

Reasonable and affordable

What makes college affordable? It's more than tuition. Consider how quickly you can graduate and see long-term benefits in your paycheck. Work with a member of our financial aid department to identify scholarship, grant and loan opportunities and develop an affordable payment plan. Compare the value of small classes taught by experts in your chosen field, and ask about job placement of graduates. We think you will agree, our college offers great value at a reasonable cost.
