Adding to Our Expertise: Meet New Business Program Instructor

This quarter the Minnesota School of Business-Shakopee campus welcomes a new business program instructor, Rachel Clark. Rachel has a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, a Bachelor of Science in Business from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, and an Associate of Science in Business Management from North Hennepin Community College.

Rachel has over 15 years of business, human resources and office management experience working in several different industries such as higher education, medical device and hospitality management. Additionally, she served a four-year active duty enlistment in the United States Army and also served in the Minnesota National Guard.

When asked about her favorite part of teaching, Rachel responded, “The best part of teaching is definitely connecting with the students and assisting each student in the process of achieving their educational and professional career goals and objectives. Additionally, I recognize that through the course of teaching, as an instructor I also learn a lot from each student.”

The students in her classes have great things to say about her as an instructor. One student said, “Rachel is knowledgeable, organized, encouraging and motivating.”  Another student said, “Rachel creates a fun, friendly and flexible classroom environment for learning.”
