The Minnesota School of Business-Plymouth (MSB) and the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) will be co-sponsoring a nationally recognized personal trainer certification workshop on Sept. 8 and 9 at the Plymouth campus.
The two-day workshop will cover:
- Demonstrations and practical applications in one-on-one settings
- Exercise science review
- Communication skills
- Exercise programming
- Health assessments
- And much more!
Workshop attendees will get to take the personal training certificate exam at the end of the workshop, that will be good for two years.
