Gabrielle Reule, Paralegal Program Chair at the Lakeville campus, has had many students graduate throughout the years. Two of these graduates, Jennifer Dull and Amanda Rice, are working at LeVander, Gillen & Miller in St. Paul.
They enjoy speaking to the students about their experiences. They give up and coming paralegals the true feel for the paralegal field. They discussed what they do throughout a normal day and some advice for the students in the program.
The students were very receptive to to Jennifer and Amanda. Here are some student comments about the experience:
“I felt our guest speakers gave us some good insight to what a paralegal does. They gave good information, tips, and resources,” stated Megan, paralegal student.
“Having them in class was great. We spent time going over some of the different websites they use. It was very interesting to see that just one website can tell you a lot about someone,” stated Kim, paralegal student.
“The [guest speakers] seemed very dedicated and passionate about what they do. It inspired me to want to work harder to learn all I can and be the best,” stated Jenna, paralegal student.
