The Minnesota School of Business in Moorhead will once again be partnering with the Fargo Marathon for its community service day efforts, closing campus to volunteer at the event. Fargo Marathon Race Director Mark Knutson was on campus to meet with staff and faculty about involvement in the 5K on Friday, May 18th.

“I can’t think of any other organization that actually closes down to send volunteers out to our event,” said Fargo Marathon Race Director Mark Knutson. “What you guys are doing is absolutely incredible.”

The campus massage program is also the official ‘Massage Sponsor’ for the Fargo Marathon as well. Over 40 students, along with faculty members, will be providing complementary massages for all half-marathon and marathon runners on Saturday, May 19th, from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Both WDAY-TV 6 (ABC) and KVRR-TV (FOX) were on campus to highlight the campus’s involvement in the Fargo Marathon 5K.
