Firearm in the Courthouse?

While the Minnesota Legislature is on recess and has yet to pass most major legislation this session, one bill did make the news this week.  You may remember the shooting of Cook County Attorney Time Scannell in December.  In response to this shooting, the Governor signed legislation this week that authorizes County Attorneys and Assistant County Attorneys to carry a firearm in the courthouse.  Learn more here:
