The Blaine Campus will be hosting a career readiness event on Tuesday, April 17th from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. “Appetizers and Opportunities” is open to the public as well as current students. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about the keys to success as they prepare for their future career.
Employers are often looking for someone who has shown great responsibility and worked at in Internship, job shadowed, or volunteered. Facebook will also be a highlighted topic, with detail about how this social media site can both positively and negatively impact you when looking for your career.
Dave Erickson, Business Program Chair, will discuss his personal journey as well as what types of careers are available to graduates who hold business degrees.
Appetizers will be served during the event to help keep you satisfied and focused on all the useful information being presented.
Tours will be available to those who are interested, and the Admissions Department will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about our school and the type of education we provide. We look forward to seeing you there.
