Paralegal jobs coming back to the US

As President Obama mentioned in his State of the Union address last night,  the US has lost jobs that are being outsourced to others countries.  This includes paralegal patent work that has been outsourced in the past 10 years.   The increasing costs of doing business in other countries and US worker productivity are some of the reasons that the legal work is coming back. Black Hills IP, recently located in Rapid City, South Dakota to provide paralegal help for attorneys in the patent application process.  As law firms bring their legal work to the US, Black Hills IP will train paralegals to handle the work.
