The Spaghetti Dinner Benefit for Minnesota Spay Neuter Assistance Program  (MNSNAP) was a great success! MNSNAP helps hundreds of low income pet owners spay and neuter their pets. They are a 501C non-profit organization funded solely on donations of supplies and services.

Through SCNAVTA’s (Student Chapter of National Association of Veterinary Technicians of America) efforts at the fundraiser, they were able to raise $300 for MNSNAP! Although only eight members of SCNAVTA and three MSB-Shakopee instructors were able to attend and help, 53 total hours were dedicated to the fundraiser, as well as nearly  $150 worth of supplies. Seven local businesses donated supplies and gift certificates to the cause as well.
